Scientific events provide important spaces where researchers, students and people interested in science can come together and share their ideas.
At ScientiaNEX, we will announce our congresses and presentations here. Our events will be held online through Google Meet.

presentation rules.
Please review the following information before participating in online congresses and scientific presentations organized by ScientiaNEX.
01Participation and connection+
- • ScientiaNEX congresses and scientific presentations are held online through Google Meet.
- • Participation is free of charge. No participation fee is required.
- • The event connection link will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
- • Participants are expected to be ready in the meeting before their assigned session time.
- • Whenever possible, participation through the Google account used during registration is recommended.
02Session organization+
- • Each participant will be informed of their session and time before the event.
- • Participants are advised to be ready in the meeting 10–15 minutes before the session begins for technical preparation.
- • The presentation duration will be announced in advance according to the event schedule.
- • Participants are expected to follow the presentation duration specified in the program.
03Presentation and content+
The preparation and format of the presentation are left to the participant's preference. Participants may present their work using the method they find most suitable.
The presentation may be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or a similar presentation tool, or it may be delivered in another format appropriate to the content of the work.
Participants may support their work with written documents, visual materials, graphs, tables, diagrams or similar scientific content if they wish. The materials and presentation format are entirely up to the presenter.
ScientiaNEX does not require a specific presentation software, design template or visual format.
04Technical preparation+
Before the event, participants are advised to check their device, internet connection, microphone and presentation materials.
Participants may give their presentations through screen sharing. Camera use is not mandatory.
If a technical problem occurs during the presentation, the ScientiaNEX team will try to provide the necessary support.
05Congress book and event outputs+
After the event, ScientiaNEX may prepare a congress book or other event output.
Upon request, information such as advisors, research team members, required equipment or laboratory infrastructure and areas of expertise needed to further develop the work may be evaluated in an appropriate format.
The scope and publication format of event outputs will be announced separately according to the conditions of the relevant event.
06Scientific and ethical responsibility+
- • The scientific accuracy and originality of the presented work are the responsibility of the person or persons giving the presentation.
- • Plagiarism, use without proper citation, data manipulation or content incompatible with scientific ethics is not permitted.
- • Sources used are expected to be properly cited.
- • ScientiaNEX may refuse to include or publish a presentation in the program when deemed necessary.
